Courtney Neill, DC, CACCP, CSCPP, CSSPP

Doctor of Chiropractic
Owner of Foundations Family Chiropractic

Dr. Courtney Neill is the owner of Foundations Family Chiropractic. Her expertise lies in providing care to the pediatric and prenatal population, as well as supporting new moms with their postpartum recovery and nursing journeys.

Dr. Neill graduated from Parker University in Dallas, Texas in 2008. Shortly after moving back to her hometown on the North Shore of Massachusetts, she started practicing in a clinic where she worked exclusively with brain injured children. It was here where she began to understand the pressing need for chiropractors to deepen their education in the development and neurology of the pediatric population. She soon set out on the long postdoctorate journey of becoming Pediatric Certified by the Academy of Family Practice and International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association, and then certified in Pediatric Spinal and Cranial SOT® through the Peak Potential Institute under the mentorship of Drs. Martin Rosen and Nancy Watson.

She currently is teaching with the Peak Potential Institute educating and training other chiropractors all over the country on Pediatric Spinal and Cranial SOT®

As a devoted wife and mother of three, Dr. Neill is intimately acquainted with the joys and challenges of parenthood. Her holistic approach extends beyond the clinic, embracing natural birth, breastfeeding, organic living, and mindful nutrition. Recognizing the need for more inclusive support systems for moms and babies in her community, Dr. Neill partnered with founder of Beyond Birthing, Erin Ronder Neves, to expand her practice to include doulas, multiple IBCLCs, perinatal and pediatric mental health therapists, a holistic family nutritionist, and a perinatal massage therapist, as well as various birth education classes, breastfeeding and parenting support groups. This center is the first of its kind on the North Shore of Massachusetts.

Her greatest joy comes from working with infants, children, and expecting moms and dads to foster healthy habits and educate the next generation of thriving individuals. She’s is passionate about inspiring and teaching other chiropractors to deepen their skills and training to better serve this population.
